Be Heard: Share your ideas and help shape the way we work through improvement huddles, employee surveys, and town hall meetings Registered Nurse - PACU Why work as a RN in PACU at Munson Healthcare? · Teamwork and support - our multidisciplinary teams include experienced and new graduate RNs, providers, clinicians and support staff who will help you transition to your new role. · Provides and pre and post anesthesia care for surgical and procedural patients · Works collaboratively with anesthesia providers · Perform outpatient and inpatient surgeries, 60-70 cases/day · PACU Residency Program (12 months) · Commitment to growth and development – thousands of educational offerings, leadership development, simulation education and tuition reimbursement.

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan
BCLS, and ACLS, required upon hire, PALS within 6 months of hire.
Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
