About The Position
Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Outpatient Oncology Urology unit at Baptist MD Anderson in Downtown, Jacksonville. This part-time position with working hours falling Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. This is rotating 3/2 schedule, in which one week you would work 3 shifts and the following week you would work 2 shifts. As a Registered Nurse at Baptist MD Anderson, you will: Positively affect patient outcomes by providing, coordinating, and supporting evidence-based direct patient care. Work closely with a Physician and other team members to provide patient care and education. Have strong phone assessment skills and be able to work autonomously in a clinic environment. Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team. Be able to initiate process suggestions and prioritize well. Have many opportunities to learn and grow through collaboration and CE opportunities. Requirements
- 1-2 years Nursing Experience Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Licensed Registered Nurse Required
- Associate's Degree - Nursing
Nice To Haves
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) Preferred
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree - Nursing
