Come join our excellent caring oncology/hematology team. Seeking a full-time RN to work closely with our oncology clinical team and physicians. The ideal candidate will work closely assisting physicians and clinical staff in educating and advocating for our hematology and oncology patients. This is a very rewarding and challenging position. This position will allow the RN to grow and learn professionally on a daily basis. Our clinic has eight providers that see patients daily. Oncology experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

  • Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
  • Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
  • Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
  • May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
  • Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.

Nice To Haves

  • Oncology experience is preferred but not required.
