About The Position

The position is for a full-time Registered Nurse in the Behavioral Health Outpatient Partial Hospitalization Program at Atrium Health Cabarrus. The role involves collecting and analyzing data related to healthcare consumers' health, developing individualized care plans, implementing care strategies, and evaluating progress towards health goals. The nurse will collaborate with healthcare consumers and stakeholders, demonstrate leadership, and integrate evidence-based practices into nursing. Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• BLS required per policy guidelines.
• Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state of work and residence.
• For National License Compact (NLC) states, meet the licensure requirements in the home state.
• For Non-National License Compact states, current RN license or temporary license required.

Responsibilities

• Collect data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or the situation.
• Analyze assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues.
• Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or the situation.
• Develop a plan that prescribes strategies to attain expected, measurable outcomes.
• Implement the identified plan, coordinate care delivery, and employ strategies to promote health and a safe environment.
• Delegate elements of care to appropriate healthcare workers in accordance with applicable legal or policy parameters.
• Evaluate progress toward attainment of goals and outcomes.
• Practice in a manner congruent with cultural diversity and inclusion principles.
• Communicate effectively in all areas of practice.
• Collaborate with healthcare consumers and other key stakeholders in nursing practice.
• Demonstrate leadership in the professional practice setting and the profession.
