About The Position

Provides entry level professional nursing care to patients in varying states of health and illness. Working closely with the preceptor during the initial orientation period, the Staff Nurse I functions as an essential member of nursing and multidisciplinary teams providing direct care to patients and families, teaching, and preparation for continuing care during and following care transitions. Requirements

  • Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont is required.
  • ADN required
  • Registered Nurse, currently licensed in Vermont or a graduate nurse who is license-eligible for the first time and is awaiting State Board results.
