About The Position

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for the Operating Room in Fort Myers, Florida. This position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $29 to $59, depending on specialty and experience, along with a $6 night differential. We provide various career enhancement opportunities, including tuition assistance and support for obtaining professional nursing certifications. Additionally, we offer relocation assistance and sign-on bonuses up to $17,800.

Requirements

• Current Florida RN License or in the process of obtaining it.
• Minimum of at least 1 year of acute care/hospital experience.
• BSN or willingness to obtain within 36 months from hire (ASN considered with solid experience).
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to work day and night shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with TN Visas.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the Operating Room setting.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
