About The Position

As a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, you’ll be working in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment across 11 state-of-the-art operating rooms. Our facility features cutting-edge technology, including a hybrid vascular room, two DaVinci robotic systems, and two Neuro/Spine Navigation platforms to support a wide range of surgical specialties. We perform approximately 500–600 complex cases per month, including Total Joints, Ortho Trauma, Urology, Neuro/Spine, and Vascular procedures. This diverse caseload offers the chance to continually grow your skills while working alongside expert surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams. Job Summary: The Operating Room RN is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care throughout the perioperative period. This includes pre-op assessment, intraoperative assistance, and post-op evaluation, always keeping the patient and their family at the center of all decisions.
