About The Position

ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP a leading medical practice in New York & New Jersey is seeking a self-driven and patient oriented Allergy Nurse Floater for our Northern New Jersey offices to join our dynamic team. The Allergy Nurse role offers an opportunity to work with patients of all ages, encompassing a wide spectrum of care within our vibrant patient community. Offices included in this region are – Hackensack, Paramus, Hoboken, Parsippany, Morristown, Wayne, East Brunswick, Old Bridge, Shrewsbury, Bridgewater, Somerset.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN License (New grads welcome to apply)
• BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to work well in a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Competent working with computers

Responsibilities

• Administer allergy injections and monitor patients
• Perform allergy testing (food, environmental, venom, drug and chemical testing)
• Conduct pulmonary function testing
• Assist physician with patient care
• Complete administrative responsibilities including insurance approvals, data entry, restocking clinical supplies
• Respond to patient calls and messages
