About The Position
Comprehensive Healthcare provides innovative Behavioral and Integrated Healthcare services to clients of all ages. Nurses for our outpatient clinics collaborate with various treatment teams to provide integrated, evidence-based treatment to clients. When possible, nurses will also coordinate with clients’ families or social supports to help position clients for success. Our programs have adopted trauma-informed principles to client care, so the nursing process will similarly take a respectful, client-centered approach. Training, continuing medical education, and regular supervision are provided as part of this position. We are currently recruiting for RNs in our Outpatient Department in Yakima, WA. NEW GRADS ARE WELCOME TO APPLY. Pay Rate Range: LPN $29.90- $44.85 RN $41.79- $62.69 Up to $15,000 Sign-On Bonus Schedule: Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM Health Benefits
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Active RN or LPN license in Washington State
- Must have valid driver's license and vehicle liability insurance.

Responsibilities
- Administering medications and monitoring clients’ response to medication
- Advising families about medications and treatment
- Completing nursing assessments
- Participating in collaborative treatment planning for each client
- Assessing clients for safety and risk to self or others
- Promoting and guiding infection control efforts
- Completing all clinical documentation in timely and thorough manner
