About The Position

Registered Nurse Full-time Days 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. This would be 4 day, 10-hour shifts. Under the direction and leadership of the Nurse Manager, the Operating Room RN is responsible for the delivery of patient care through knowledge of the nursing process and age-specific requirements, and by following departmental and hospital policy and procedure. Performs as a member of the surgical team in the delivery of patient care and assumes appropriate responsibilities before, during and after surgery. Qualified candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively document care, delegate assignments, relay information, and act as liaison between patients, physicians, and other hospital disciplines.

Requirements

• Massachusetts RN licensure.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associates (ASN).
• Minimum of two years' experience in this specialty.

Responsibilities
