WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT GYN Team Lead Registered Nurse or Certified Surgical Technologist required Professional Development Opportunities Faith-based, Mission-focused Organization 9 Operating Rooms Types of surgeries include, General, Bariatric, Podiatry, GYN, GYN Oncology, Urology-GYN, Urology-Oncology, Colorectal, Vascular, Breast, Plastic, Ortho, Ortho Trauma, Ortho joints, Brain, Spine, Pediatric dental, Ophthalmology, Robotics Call, and holiday rotation The Procedural Lead, Registered Nurse (RN) assists in operations including helping set up the operating suite and maintaining the sterile field, transporting patients to surgery, and assisting with procedures. This position provides professional care for patients under the supervision of the provider and educates patients on procedures and follow up care. The Procedural Lead is the designates specialty area expert and functions as a liaison between staff, and providers. The position assists in the orientation and continuing education of other staff in the perioperative area by assisting with the implementation of all policies and procedures for designated specialty area. This position is responsible for providing total comprehensive nursing to patients and their families through the development of a plan of care, including implementing, reassessing, evaluating, and revising the plan of care.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with Active Indiana License
  • 2 Years of Operating Room Experience
  • Certified Surgical Technologist
  • 2 Years of OR Experience Required
