About The Position
Job Summary:# To render professional nursing care to a group of assigned patients within the hospital.# Collaborates with the medical staff and other members of the health care team to provide quality patient care.# Performs all activities in accordance with approved policies and guides.## Supervises and delegates appropriate duties to ancillary personnel.
Requirements
- Current RN license to practice in NC (NC licensure or multi-state (compact) license).
- Meets general hospital and departmental competency requirements.
- Current technical certificates such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) , Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS),# NIH Stroke Scale Certification, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), STABLE or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) as required by specialty area.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred
- professional nursing certification preferred.
- Recent acute care experience within past 3 years preferred.
