About The Position

Operating Room (OR) RN assignment for a 13-week contract with day shift coverage, primarily 4x10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with possible variations including 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, or 7:30 AM–5:30 PM. This role focuses on circulating duties within the OR, with scrub experience preferred. The RN will work in a fast-paced surgical environment, supporting procedures and ensuring patient safety throughout perioperative care. Orientation consists of 32–40 hours and is paid at a reduced rate. Additional competency assessments, including ECG rhythm recognition, will be completed during orientation.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of recent OR RN experience (as specified)
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact license required in hand at submission
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required (active, no pending)
• OR circulator experience required
• Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test during orientation
• One supervisory reference (manager/ANM/supervisor/director) required
• Complete and accurate submission profile required (including work history)
• Must meet all compliance requirements and facility standards prior to start
