About The Position

Operating Room (OR) RN assignment for a 13-week contract with day shift coverage on a 3x12 schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Additional shift variations may include 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 7:30 AM–5:30 PM depending on department needs. This role focuses on circulating duties in a high-acuity surgical environment, with scrub experience preferred. The RN will support surgical procedures, maintain sterile technique, and ensure patient safety throughout the perioperative process. Orientation consists of 32–40 hours and is paid at a reduced rate. Required competency testing, including ECG rhythm recognition, will be completed during orientation.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of recent OR RN experience (as specified)
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact license required in hand at submission
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required (active, no pending)
• OR circulator experience required
• Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test during orientation
• One supervisory reference (manager/ANM/supervisor/director) required
• Complete and accurate submission profile required (including full work history)
• Must meet all compliance and facility onboarding requirements prior to start
