About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to provide high-quality perioperative care in a surgical setting. The ideal candidate will support surgical teams, ensure patient safety, and maintain sterile environments throughout procedures.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific)
- Minimum experience in Operating Room setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- BLS certification required
Nice To Haves
- ACLS preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Prepare operating rooms with necessary equipment and sterile instruments
- Assist surgeons during procedures (circulating and/or scrubbing as required)
- Monitor patient condition and respond to intraoperative needs
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with surgical and interdisciplinary teams
