Registered Nurse Operating Room Circulator
About The Position
East Portland Surgery Center is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse Operating Room Circulator to join their team. The center is a leading multi-specialty surgery center in Portland, accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), and has been ranked among the top 7 ASCs in Oregon for three consecutive years by Newsweek. They perform cases in pain management, GI, general surgery, orthopedics, urology, plastics, ophthalmology, gynecology, ENT, and Spine. The Registered Nurse Operating Room Circulator is responsible for all patient care in the procedure room and works with the physician to ensure successful procedures and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Managing procedure room(s) to ensure the rooms are prepped and ready for patients, including room turnovers, stocking supplies, cleaning, etc.
- Administers medication as ordered by physician, following the Moderate Sedation policy.
- Safely monitors and documents care of patients in accordance with policy and procedure and guidelines of care.
- Supports and assists the physicians with care of the patient throughout the procedure.
