About The Position

HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake is seeking a Registered Nurse Oncology BMT to join their team. Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with an Associates or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• 1 year of clinical Oncology BMT experience as a licensed RN in an acute care setting required.
• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
• American Heart Association BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the nursing care of assigned patients in the Unit to provide quality patient care.
• Utilize knowledge and skills to provide care based on physical, psychological, educational, safety, and related criteria for appropriate age populations.
• Exercise independent judgment in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
• Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient care team personnel.
