We’re seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Occupational Health team serving Novo Nordisk employees. This fast-paced, independent role involves responding to onsite emergencies, treating work-related injuries, conducting health assessments, and leading safety trainings like CPR and respiratory care. The clinic operates 24/7, and occasional travel across the campus may be required. Ideal candidates will have strong assessment skills, computer proficiency, and a self-driven work style. Occupational Health experience is preferred but not required. This is not a hospital location.

Requirements

  • Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
  • Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
  • Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
  • May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
  • Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.

Nice To Haves

  • Occupational Health experience is preferred but not required.
