About The Position

The RN in this position provides safe, evidence-based, and culturally competent care in a very diverse community to the birthing patient and family unit. Responsibilities include: Accurate interpretation of Electronic Fetal Monitoring Timely and appropriate labor interventions Skilled postpartum and newborn care Effective patient and family education , including discharge planning Clear, timely documentation in the electronic health record Rapid response to changing patient acuity and department needs Professional collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license
• Strong clinical judgement and the ability to work well within a team
• Prior nursing experience preferred
• OB nursing experience strongly preferred
• This position requires reliability, accountability, and the ability to function confidently in a dynamic environment.
