About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Supervisor (RN) to oversee hospice care operations in a home health setting. This role is responsible for providing clinical leadership, ensuring high-quality patient care, and supporting interdisciplinary teams in delivering end-of-life care with dignity and compassion.

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License (required)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 2–4 years of supervisory experience in hospice, home health, or related setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage clinical teams and hospice program operations effectively

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff in hospice and home health settings
• Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure continuity of patient care
• Ensure compliance with hospice regulations, policies, and quality standards
• Coordinate care plans with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide guidance and clinical support for complex patient cases
• Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely reporting
• Foster a collaborative and patient-centered care environment
