The Staff Nurse, RN provides professional nursing care by applying nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate patient’s plan of care, fostering an atmosphere that supports the vision. As the primary caregiver, the Staff Nurse, RN delivers direct patient care and collaborates with other care team members, physicians, and patients/families to achieve optimal patient outcomes. This role involves access to confidential patient information and requires independent decision-making, as well as collaboration with others. The Staff Nurse, RN reports directly to the Nurse Manager and indirectly to the Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Provides professional nursing care through the application of nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate patient’s plan of care
