About The Position

The Registered Nurse at CareOne Hospital is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the nursing process for residents in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting. This role involves providing both direct and indirect care to critically ill patients, ensuring adherence to nursing and medical plans, and complying with state and federal regulations. Requirements

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's of Nursing Degree from a credentialed school of nursing.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey.
• BLS Certification required; ACLS Certification preferred.
• 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the nursing process for assigned residents.

• Maintain strong patient relationships due to a 30-day length of stay.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards.
