Requirements

  • Diploma in Nursing required or
  • Associate degree from an accredited Nursing program required or
  • BSN preferred
  • One-year experience as a clinical nurse, or completion of an RN residency program.
  • Two years of NICU experience strongly preferred
  • BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent care and maintained quarterly required and
  • NRP – Neonatal Resuscitation Program within 90 days required and
  • NRPA – Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program within 90 days required and
  • CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training within 90 days required and maintained annually

Nice To Haves

  • Two years of NICU experience strongly preferred
