About The Position

BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for its New Graduate Program in the Charlotte Metro area. This program is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). As a non-profit organization, BAYADA focuses on quality care, with Clinical Managers providing thorough training to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. The role involves one-on-one patient care for individuals of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, offering opportunities to explore various passions within nursing. Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR in good standing
