The START Nurse Residency Program at Rush Copley Medical Center is designed for new graduate registered nurses with less than one year of experience. This program aims to facilitate the transition from academic education to professional nursing practice, providing support and resources to help new nurses develop their skills and confidence in a clinical setting. The next cohort will begin in March 2025, and applicants must submit a portfolio for review if selected.
