Sign Bonus 0-2 years' experience $3,000 2 plus years of experience $7500 Internal and external New Grads are eligible to receive the sign-on bonus, this does not include internal experienced RN to RN transfers CDH Neuro Intermediate (3B) 24 bed neurosciences unit providing care to patients requiring medical and surgical treatment of acute neurological and spine disorders Neurological conditions include acute and stable traumatic brain injury, subarachnoid hemorrhage, stroke, spinal injury, seizure, and acute inflammation or infections of the CNS. Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current State of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with others
- Strong analytic abilities
- Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) acceptable with commitment to obtain a BSN from an accredited program within three years of first day of employment in clinical nurse role.
