About The Position

This position is for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse on 4 East, a dynamic 32-bed unit specializing in caring for patients with neurological disorders and those requiring neurosurgical pre and post-operative care. The unit also provides general medical-surgical, stroke, and trauma care. The team delivers high-quality, compassionate, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced, supportive setting. The RN will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. This role involves using evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and skilled communication to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
