About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Neuro Spine to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients, in alignment with Kentucky Nursing Laws and our organizational policies. You will play a critical role in promoting positive patient outcomes, enhancing the quality of care, and contributing to a collaborative professional environment. Active participation in unit-based and hospital shared governance councils is expected to drive change and foster a supportive practice environment.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in nursing.
• Active Kentucky RN License.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a neuroscience or neurosurgical nursing environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with neurological and neurosurgical diagnoses.
• Promote positive patient outcomes and enhance the quality of care.

• Collaborate with Neuroscience Coordinators and other healthcare professionals.
