About The Position

The UHealth Hospital Neuro Intensive Care Department has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in UTower. The Staff Nurse (RN) is a registered professional nurse who prescribes, coordinates, evaluates and delivers patient care through collaborative efforts with members of the interdisciplinary team in accordance with the nursing process and standards of care and practices. The Registered Nurse also directs and guides patient and family teaching. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
  • Valid Florida Registered Nurse License
  • BLS/ACLS certification required
  • Minimum 2 years of critical care nursing experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSN) preferred (RNs hired with an Associates (ASN) degree have 2 years to complete the BSN degree)
