About The Position

The Registered Nurse assesses implements, directs, and evaluates patients' physical, emotional and psychosocial needs as directed by the Nephrology provider and clinic standards. The RN is a competent nurse who has mastered technical skills and uses evidence-based interventions in providing age appropriate care to patients and families. The RN continues to collaborate with other health care team members when the need for assistance is identified. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Maintains professional competencies for practice. Schedule: Full-time | 64-72 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud Day shift | Monday - Friday | 8am -4:30pm and 7am-3:30pm Minimal holidays Pay and Benefits Starting pay begins at $39.74 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience Pay range: $39.74 - $59.61 per hour Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available Full-time benefits : Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! Qualifications: Associate degree from an accredited school of nursing required Registered Nurse (RN) Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Minnesota required. Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy required. 2 years minimum experience as a Registered Nurse 2-3 years of nephrology and/or dialysis experience and/or critical care experience preferred A valid Minnesota Driver’s License, a driving record in good standing, and the minimum amount of insurance liability coverage may be required. Possesses the ability to understand patients' medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and hospital staff. Requirements

  • Associate degree from an accredited school of nursing required
  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Minnesota required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy required.
  • 2 years minimum experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Possesses the ability to understand patients' medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and hospital staff.

Nice To Haves

  • 2-3 years of nephrology and/or dialysis experience and/or critical care experience preferred
