Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively with the Administrator/Director of Patient Services.
• Responsible and accountable for establishing and maintaining standards.
• Oversees the delivery of patient care.
• Directs and facilitates work performance of all personnel in the agency.
• Maximizes patient outcomes.
• Serves as a patient care advocate and role model in the performance of direct and indirect patient care.
• Assumes leadership role and function in absence of the Director.
