About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) position at Compass Health's Evaluation and Treatment facility in Mukilteo involves providing direct nursing services to mentally ill adults in a 16-bed inpatient program. Requirements

• Current Washington State RN license.
• CPR Certification and First Aid Certification.
• Experience in a psychiatric setting preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical issues related to psychiatric and medical treatment of adults.
• Skilled in medication administration and management of challenging behaviors.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.

Nice To Haves

• Qualification as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) as defined by WAC preferred.
• Food Handlers permit or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing services to clients in the Evaluation and Treatment facility.
