About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry to support a high-acuity inpatient unit. This role is ideal for nurses who are confident managing diverse patient populations and monitoring cardiac rhythms in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of recent MS/Tele experience
• Strong telemetry monitoring and assessment skills
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and time management skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a high-acuity or large inpatient hospital setting
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry setting
• Monitor and interpret telemetry and cardiac rhythms
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document care accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality outcomes
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, standards of care, and safety protocols
