About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse – MS/Tele for an exciting Travel or Local job in Columbia, SC.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 36 hours per week availability
- Flu vaccine required; COVID-19 vaccine not required
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to MS/Tele and Neuro patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions, including neurological status
- Document care accurately and timely in the patient record
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Follow floating policy, assisting other units as needed
