WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Professional Development Opportunities Faith-based, Mission-focused Organization A 27-bed Critical care step down unit Team oriented-Strong Practice Council within Unit Work with multidisciplinary units/teams to develop a care plan for patients Develop Critical Care skills to elevate patient care practice Acuity adaptable patient population with step down and critical care patients Typical patient ratios: 1:3 or 1:4 A didactic learning experience in a fast-paced environment Full and part time days and nights Weekend options Night Shift Differential $10 Weekend Differential $5 QUALIFICATIONS A team-oriented RN willing to be flexible and dynamic in meeting patient care needs. Requirements
- A team-oriented RN willing to be flexible and dynamic in meeting patient care needs.
- Associate Degree from an accredited program is required, BSN desirable
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
- Experienced and new graduate Nurses are welcome
