About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) – Mother Baby for an exciting job in Brick Township, NJ.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey or valid multi-state compact license
• Minimum of 3 years of Mother Baby nursing experience
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, acute care environment

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for postpartum patients and newborns
• Provide comprehensive maternal and newborn care, including monitoring maternal recovery and newborn health status
• Develop and coordinate plans of care based on initial and ongoing assessments
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care throughout the hospital stay
• Collaborate with physicians and promptly communicate changes in patient condition
• Accurately document nursing care in accordance with clinical standards, patient acuity, and regulatory requirements
• Identify patient needs and prioritize care using sound clinical judgment
• Support and promote evidence-based nursing practices
• Deliver compassionate, patient- and family-centered care
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Perform additional duties as assigned
