About The Position

Baystate Health, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare quality and safety, is looking for inpatient Registered Nurses to join our team at Baystate Medical Center (BMC), a Magnet Hospital for Nursing Excellence. The Heart Failure Unit has 32 private rooms and provides a full array of services for patients diagnosed with congestive heart failure (CHF), including medical management of advanced heart failure patients and pre and post care for cardiac catheterization, ablation, pacer placement, cardioversion, and TAVR (Transcatheter aortic valve replacement). Baystate Medical Center now uses CardioMEMS, a new technology that reduces hospitalizations and improves quality of life for heart failure patients.

Requirements

• Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required
• Minimum 1 year RN experience required
• AND required; BSN preferred
