About The Position

Overview We have a great opportuinity for an RN to join our dynamic team at Pediatrix Medical Group. We are seeking a Full Time Registred Nurse with OB office or MFM experience to join our practice in Fairfax, Virginia . At Pediatrix, we are passionate about giving high-risk expectant mothers and their babies the care they deserve. Bilingual Spanish Preferred Responsibilities Maintain active state RN license and uphold patient confidentiality. Assess patient health, prepare reports, and assist physicians during exams and procedures. Perform testing, administer medications using universal precautions, and document all care accurately. Schedule appointments, provide telephone triage, and communicate results and instructions to patients. Ensure proper specimen labeling and submission to labs. Support revenue cycle by securing authorizations and documenting CPT/ICD-10 codes. Deliver compassionate, respectful care and communicate effectively with patients and families. Follow OSHA standards, universal precautions, and patient satisfaction guidelines. Qualifications Education: Must possess a current/valid license as a Registered Nurse in the state that they are providing services. Must maintain CPR and BLS certification. Experience Industry: Healthcare Skills/Abilities: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment.
