Requirements

• Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (must obtain FL license if not yet acquired)
• 1+ year of recent acute care RN experience required (Med-Surg experience not mandatory)
• RNs with 3+ years of experience may qualify if acute care experience occurred within the last 5 years
• ASN required; BSN preferred
• BLS (AHA) required

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, evidence-based direct patient care in accordance with facility policies
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to support effective treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and post-discharge instructions
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and manage emergency situations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic clinical environment
