How you’ll make an impact in this role Provide direct, patient-centered care to oncology patients, including administering chemotherapy, managing symptoms, and monitoring for treatment-related complications. Implement and monitor individualized care plans, accurately documenting patient status and communicating changes to the care team to support optimal outcomes. Coordinate care across physicians, oncology specialists, and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless treatment, patient education, and safe discharge planning. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire. What additional preferences we're seeking 1 year RN acute care experience STRONGLY preferred. Requirements
