Providing care for the adult patient population with 32 beds, primarily surgical and trauma with medical intercare overflow. This unit offers participation in nurse driven change projects, great nursing ratios, and optimal support staff. SCHEDULE: Per diem, day shift Location: Baystate Medical Center Springfield Pay: Experienced RN (1+ years of RN Licensure) $43.16-$65.00 Competitive shift differentials and allowance plans THE ADVANTAGES OF WORKING WITH BAYSTATE! Requirements
- Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
- Education: ADN required; BSN preferred.
- Experienced RN (1+ years of RN Licensure)
