About The Position

The position involves planning, coordinating, providing, intervening, and evaluating the care of assigned patients based on their treatment plans and individual needs. The nurse will participate with the interdisciplinary team to establish an individualized plan of care for each patient, develop nursing diagnoses, and establish care objectives.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
• One year of acute care RN experience.
• Registered Nurse credential.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate patient care based on treatment plans.
• Evaluate the care of assigned patients.
• Participate with the interdisciplinary team to establish individualized care plans.
• Develop nursing diagnoses for patients.
• Establish care objectives for patient treatment.
