About The Position

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Group at Glenbrook Hospital. This full-time position requires working 40 hours per week, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. The role involves providing nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians, including phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care, and patient education/teaching. The nurse will also review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients and chart in Epic, our electronic medical record.

Requirements

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
• BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
• 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians
• Conduct phone triage and manage test results
• Handle medication refills and prior authorizations
• Convey plans of care and provide patient education/teaching
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients
• Chart in Epic, the electronic medical record
