Organization: CVICU Cohort 20 Job Summary: Applies the nursing process to plan and implement the care of patients, including patient and family education and continuum of care planning. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to the health care team. Collaborates in establishing patient goals and evaluates progress to ensure effective outcomes. Furthers professional growth by engaging in learning activities according to the Board of Nursing standards. . Medical CVICU (7 Critical Care Tower) Full-Time, Night Shift: 7p–7a Join a premier Medical Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit caring for critically ill adult patients with complex cardiovascular and medical conditions. This high-acuity ICU offers exposure to advanced therapies, cutting-edge technology, and a strong interdisciplinary model. Patient Population Includes : Cardiogenic shock Advanced heart failure Complex arrhythmias Mechanical circulatory support Acute respiratory failure Multi-system organ failure Why Join Medical CVICU ? Requirements

LIC-Registered Nurse - Licensure-Others
Relevant Work Experience
Experience Level: 1 year
Graduate of an approved discipline specific program

Nice To Haves

ICU or high-acuity stepdown experience preferred
Strong interest in cardiovascular critical care

Responsibilities

Collaborates in establishing the plan of care, coordinates and implements care delivery while anticipating patient care needs across the continuum.
Analyzes comprehensive information pertinent to the patient's care and management to determine nursing diagnosis.
Continually utilizes the nursing process to evaluate patient's progress towards goals and applies appropriate interventions to ensure effective outcomes.
