About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Med-Tele Neuro Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced and collaborative healthcare team. In this role, you will care for patients who are ill, injured, or recovering, utilizing both telemetry and medical-surgical nursing skills. You will play a vital role in assessment, treatment management, patient advocacy, and education.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS preferred (required within 6 months of hire)
• Active Compact RN License accepted (must apply for Florida RN license if not yet obtained)

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Collect and analyze comprehensive data to guide clinical decisions.
• Patient Advocacy: Ensure safety, dignity, and optimal outcomes for each patient.
• Care Planning: Identify diagnoses, set expected outcomes, and create individualized care plans.
• Patient Education: Teach patients and families about medications, procedures, and recovery.
• Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
