About The Position

Deliver Expert, Individualized Care: Provide direct nursing care, skillfully implementing and continuously monitoring patient care plans in strict adherence to all established policies and protocols. Vigilant Assessment & Action: Act as a critical patient advocate by meticulously monitoring, recording, and communicating changes in patient condition. Ensure the accurate and timely execution of all physician and nursing orders. Primary Care Coordinator: Serve as the essential hub, orchestrating efforts across all clinical disciplines to guarantee a seamless, well-coordinated patient care experience. Empowering Transitions: Proactively assess and coordinate all aspects of the patient’s discharge plan with the entire healthcare team, ensuring safe and confident transitions to the next level of care.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
