Requirements
- Licensed to work as an RN in the state of Missouri
Responsibilities
- Performs comprehensive nursing assessment/reassessment.
- Establishes, coordinates and evaluates a plan of care based on analysis of assessment data, patient diagnosis, lab data, tests, procedures, physician orders, protocols and standards of care and other information as relevant.
- Provides and documents nursing interventions based on assessed patient needs, plan of care, and changes in patient status.
- Documents and or communicates nursing care and or changes in patient condition.
- Specialized Care: Provides specialized care to patients at high risk for injury.
- Demonstrates accountability for own professional practice.
- Ability to relate to coworkers in a professional and appropriate manner.
- Safety/Infection Control: Performs job in accordance with safety and infection control policies.
- Service: Provides service excellence to the customers of Saint Louis University Hospital by delivering timely, high quality care in a courteous and respectful manner.
- Incorporates Performance Improvement and Evidenced Based Practice into individual professional practice.
- Age Appropriate Care: Provides age-appropriate care to: _____Adult _____Geriatric
