About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Med Surg Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients in a hospital setting. You’ll be responsible for administering medications, documenting patient progress, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Florida or multistate compact license (Florida license required within 90 days of hire)
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
• BLS from the American Heart Association (required within 30 days of hire)
• 2–3 years of recent acute care or LTACH experience preferred
• Onsite interviews are required

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred
• 2–3 years of recent acute care or LTACH experience preferred
• Willing to train nurses with LTACH backgrounds

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to Med/Surg patients
• Administer medications and follow prescribed treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and responses
• Educate patients and families on procedures, medications, and post-discharge care

Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $30.00 – $42.00 (based on years of experience)
• Shift Differentials: $4.75 for Nights, $3.00 for Weekends
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000 (paid in 6-month increments)
• Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis
