Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
Responsibilities
- Champion individualized care by implementing and monitoring comprehensive care plans, ensuring every intervention is clinically precise and focused on achieving superior patient outcomes.
- Lead a seamless patient experience by acting as the primary point of coordination across all disciplines, ensuring that care is well-integrated and communication remains constant.
- Drive safety and clinical excellence by accurately interpreting and carrying out medical orders, serving as a vigilant partner in the execution of the patient’s overall treatment strategy.
- Empower a successful recovery by collaborating with the care team to assess discharge needs, ensuring patients and their families are fully prepared and confident for their transition home.
