How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead the delivery of compassionate, bedside nursing care by implementing personalized care plans that prioritize patient safety and recovery outcomes. Advocate for your patients by monitoring clinical conditions and proactively communicating changes to the care team to ensure swift, effective interventions. Synchronize care across multiple disciplines—including therapy and social work—to provide a seamless, holistic experience for patients in both acute and swing-bed stages. Navigate the discharge planning process in collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure patients have a safe, well-coordinated transition back to their homes or the next level of care. Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
